1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the dx777 Platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's dx777 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the dx777 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, dx777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and to forfeit any balances therein. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must contact support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep this information updated throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dx777 will never request your password through any external communication channel, including email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dx777 support via live chat. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements. dx777 reserves the right to close Accounts at its sole discretion, including where these Terms & Conditions have been violated, subject to settling any legitimate outstanding balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dx777 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. dx777 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time and will endeavour to notify Users in advance of any removal. Payment via Dutch-Bangla Bank and select Visa/Mastercard arrangements may also be available subject to Account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. dx777 does not charge fees on standard deposits processed via mobile wallet methods. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account Balance within a few minutes of confirmation of receipt. dx777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or mobile carrier issues.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank-based withdrawals may be longer. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification prior to the first withdrawal. dx777 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on any withdrawal request irrespective of previous approvals. 4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds into your dx777 Account from a payment method that is registered in your own name. dx777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a mismatch is detected between the Account holder and payment method owner, the transaction will be declined and may trigger a KYC review.

4.5 Currency

The dx777 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, bet amounts, odds, winnings, and transaction values are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees. dx777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

dx777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Users hold active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, dx777 will provide reasonable notice and may apply reasonable alternative terms to ensure that Users who are partway through a wagering cycle are not unduly penalised.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on the dx777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. In general, where an event does not commence within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to certain tournament-format markets where results carry over.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the following general rules: matches must be completed to the minimum number of overs specified in dx777's cricket betting rules for bets to stand; Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official results; and in-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

dx777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms & Conditions, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dx777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dx777 accepts no liability for losses attributable to third-party payment processor failures, telecommunications outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data
